DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective piece, it can be exchanged for a new item. However, you must submit your return request regarding the defect within 30 days of original shipping date.

  

EXCHANGES:

We are happy to offer an exchanges through our return portal. Exchange requests must be submitted through our return portal within 30 days from their original shipping date. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition.

 

RETURNS:

We are happy to offer a refund in the form of store credit, minus the shipping charges, for all returned items received back by us within 30 days from original ship date to you. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please Note - Closeout & Sale priced items are Final Sale and non refundable. Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. Defective items received back by us, their replacement shipping cost is covered by the store. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. Additional Information: If we have any questions in regards to your exchange or return we will contact you via email. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, your item(s) will be returned to inventory and store credit will be issued.

RETURNS:

Get Your Pink Back is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

Customers have the option of adding Package Protection to their order before checkout. If a customer has purchased Package Protection and their order has been lost or stolen, they have 30 days from their original order date to file a claim. If your claim is approved, you are entitled to either a free replacement or full refund.

Including Redo return coverage on your order makes you eligible for a free return shipping label if your return request meets the requirements outlined in our return policy. If you did not include Redo on your order, please submit your return through our return portal where you will be directed to pay for your own return label.
