The role consists of:

• Further developing and implementing a social media strategy for various social media platforms based on a deep understanding of our current audience and brand.
• Oversee, craft, produce, and monitor social content on all social media platforms; Instagram, TIKTOK; Facebook and more.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, through Privy, to drive engagement, conversions and sales.
• Create thoughtful, innovative and entertaining content for Get Your Pink Back, which aligns with marketing objectives.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, and email marketing. Utilize analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Position is full time, that is solely responsible for increasing followers as well as customer engagement across various social media platforms such as: TIKTOK, Instagram, Facebook and Privy.
• Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use data to inform decision-making and improve future efforts.
• Connect with followers daily via direct messages and comments.
• You must be up to date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Knowledge of content marketing, analytics, market trends and e-commerce.

Who we are looking for:

· Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering high quality content.

· Must be highly motivated and capable of developing and executing social media campaigns as well as various marketing campaigns.

· Working knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram business pages and Privy.

· Strong knowledge of all social media platforms as well as someone who can analyze and respond quickly to various trends while using date to inform decision-making and improve future efforts.

· A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in marketing.

· Experience with content creation and design software. Must also be familiar with project management software such as: Trello, Milanote, and Asana, etc.
