DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective piece, it can be exchanged for a new item. However, we must receive an email in regards to the defect within 30 days of original ship date.

We are happy to offer an exchange in the form of store credit, minus the shipping charges, for all returned items received back by us within 30 days from original ship date to you. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please include the original invoice.

Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.

If we have any questions in regards to your exchange or return we will contact you via email. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, your item(s) will be returned to inventory and store credit will be issued.
