FAQ
What's a Pink Buck worth?
One Pink Buck equals $1 to spend at checkout. Earn 1 for every $10 you spend.
When do my Pink Bucks expire?
Pink Bucks stay active for 12 months from your last order or redemption. Keep shopping and they keep rolling.
Can I use Pink Bucks during a sale?
Yes. You earn and spend Pink Bucks even when the store is on sale.
How do I see my balance?
Open the Rewards launcher on any page to see your balance and redeem at checkout.
Do previous purchases count?
Flock Rewards starts fresh for everyone at launch, so every member begins on equal footing. Start earning Pink Bucks on your very next order and keep an eye on your inbox for member-only bonus opportunities.
Do Pink Bucks work like cash?
Almost. Each Pink Buck is worth $1 toward future orders and can be redeemed at checkout with no codes to enter. They can't be exchanged for actual cash or used to buy gift cards, but on everything else, spend them like money.
What happens if I return an order?
If you return an item, any Pink Bucks earned on that purchase are removed from your balance when the return is processed. If you redeemed Pink Bucks on an order you later return, those Pink Bucks are credited back to your account.
Do I earn Pink Bucks on Shipping and Taxes?
No. Pink Bucks are earned on your product subtotal only. Shipping and taxes aren't included in the calculation.
